It contains vitamins B1, B2 , calcium , magnesium , iron and minerals.
Turkish Sultana Raisins have thinner crust , unique color and high ratio of natural sugar.
Turkish sultana raisins are being classified according to the color as below mentioned ;
Type 8: dark brown
Type 9: brown color
Type 10: light brown
Type 11: yellowish color
Storage temperature should be lower than 68 F . It should be kept away from odour or other chemicals during storage
